I recently had my second dentist visit at this location. Beforehand, I was nervous because I had to get a filling and you all know how that normally goes. First, the numbing shot was not painful, my lips did not dry out during the process, and Dr.Nasir had me use a mouth guard which shielded my tongue. Felt so comfortable and satisfied with my appointment that I scheduled my cleaning for the following week! Out of all the dentist locations I went to in Charlotte, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville, Morehead City, and New Bern, Cary Night And Day Dental has been by far the best!

I unfortunately did not have a great experience at Night and Day Dental, and their work cost me $1,200 to fix at another dentist after they dismissed my concerns. I went to this practice after a family member recommended it. The initial evaluation and cleaning were good. However, the fillings were not. I had four fillings performed — two front and two back — and each of them had issues. One of the fillings on my front right side popped off a few weeks later, and when she fixed it, a chunk came out later that day while flossing. She never checked the contacts before I left, which left me with a broken filling and a gap that constantly trapped food. One of the back left fillings wasn't sealed properly and started to really hurt. When she redid it, the filling on the next tooth broke off and left a ledge. I never had a problem with that tooth before, but it eventually started to smell terrible when I flossed, and the floss kept breaking on the ledge. The dentist who fixed it confirmed that bacteria had gotten into the broken filling, causing the odor. The other fillings also caused the floss to tear and made flossing really unpleasant. I had an amazing experience at South Cary Dental! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. What really stood out to me was how educational the entire team was. They took the time to thoroughly explain the services I need and why they’re important for my long-term dental health, which made me feel informed and confident in my treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly cares about its patients and provides exceptional care, I highly recommend South Cary Dental!

This was a wonderful experience. My dental assistant Shantiek was very knowledgeable and so friendly. She help me relax and prepped me well for my procedure. When Dr.Nasir came to examine and complete my procedure she was kind and patient and very understanding. I had a tooth extraction same day, I'm very glad she had a resolution for my toothache and not a temporary solution. I'm am very thankful for both of these ladies!

I had a great experience with Dr. Nasir and her assistant, Jasmine. Dr. Nasir was professional, knowledgeable. Jasmine was warm, attentive, and made the visit run smoothly from start to finish. She was awesome! The office was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I truly appreciated the level of care and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dental team.
